The power of service design to alleviate social and psychological troubles has always been close to my heart since I first started tinkering in the world of digital three years ago. Mental health, financial exclusion and longer term socioeconomic shifts are divisive topics which often grab my attention. The absence of ethical rigour as a core component of technology development really winds me up, and is something I'm seeking to change. Outside work, I try to lead as analogue an existence as possible. Combat sports help with that.
